DAVIS
E-BOOK PUBLISHING - 8 McKees Creek
Road, Summersville, West Virginia 26651
Contact: James Davis, President,
Executive Editor and Publisher, email, 304-872-9696.
A staff member or I, will e-mail you after we have your manuscript,
it is reviewed and accepted for publishing. If your manuscript is rejected because it is too
pornographic, to the point of being illegal in the United States, or too
hateful, to where it could bring harm to an individual or group of individuals, we
will return it to you with an explanation. Spend the necessary time
with your manuscript to ensure it is well written and professionally edited
before submitting to any publishing company.
This extra time spent with your manuscript will present it to be of the highest quality,
needing the minimal editing and
published "first" above lesser manuscripts. Full editing takes a
considerable amount of time and slows the publishing process. You taking the
responsibility to make sure your work is professionally prepared and
professionally presented will mean the difference in getting published.
Accept: All genres, except hard-core
pornography that is considered illegal
in the United States and literature that could be considered hateful to an individual
or group of individuals to the point it could bring harm to the individuals. We do not want
Reality Show scripts or manuscripts that are pending hard copy publishing. You
must be the sole owner of your manuscript. You may seek hard copy
publishers after your manuscript has been published with
DAVIS E-BOOK
PUBLISHING. After this
company publishes your manuscript and it brings any hardships upon this company or litigations,
you
are responsible for all costs. If your words or actions bring hardships or
litigations upon this company, you are responsible for all costs. Your
e-book and royalty cheques will be held by DAVIS E-BOOK
PUBLISHING until
all fees are paid. Upon full payment of any debts, the continued selling
of your e-book will be reviewed for deletion. If it is discovered,
in a court of law or by an officer of the court, that the fault does not bear your signature or the signature
of your e-book, the accuser must bear the weight; this is nonnegotiable.
We ask you to stay with DAVIS E-BOOK
PUBLISHING for
one (1) year after publishing for the purpose of recouping publishing expenses.
After the year you may withdraw your e-book from this publisher or request to
continue for another year. After DAVIS E-BOOK
PUBLISHING publishes your e-book, you may seek a hard copy publisher to publish your
manuscript in hardcopy or softcopy book form, but not seek another electronic publisher.
The Author shall be entitled during the one year of this contract to publish with any other publishing company, hard and soft copies of the book , provided that DAVIS E-BOOK PUBLISHING retains the sole electronic publishing, advertising, and distribution right of the electronic version. No other electronic publishing company or electronic publishing subcontractor or electronic publishing program can publish during this year from date of first sale and no other electronic publishing company retains the right or any part of the original electronic book. DAVIS E-BOOK PUBLISHING is the sole owner of any creates thereof of the electronic version and may be used by other publishers, electronic, softcopy or hardcopy by permission and recognition only.
If you seek a hard copy publisher before we publish you, we will withdraw our offer. If this company designs your cover, you have permission to present the cover to a hard copy publisher with proper recognition to this company. You may use this company logo, URL and advertising segment as presented under your e-book title on this site to advertise (at your expense) your e-book outside our normal advertising. If you have your own web site and you would like to use this company's banner to direct your patrons to purchase your e-book, we will prepare the banner or logo, or a URL address so your patrons may click on the banner, logo or URL address to purchase.
When DAVIS E-BOOK PUBLISHING takes possession of your manuscript, you are entitled to the same freedoms as this company and protected under the same rights as stated in Copyright Laws.
DAVIS E-BOOK PUBLISHING will not alter from the original meaning of your text without your permission.

your manuscript, foreign or domestic. Paying the Agents or Editors you hire
outside of DAVIS

editor, return postage for your manuscript is waived. If it is
discovered in the post editing that your manuscript contains unacceptable
material, you will be asked to correct it or it will be turned over to the
legal authorities or destroyed. Each author maintains the copyright to
his or her work and each agreement is non-exclusive. This allows you to pursue
other business alternatives, including optioning your book to film and
television production companies. Authors also maintain translation and
subsidiary rights as well. We pay royalty cheques as close to the 1st day of each month
(American standard calendar) as possible to ensure you benefit from the full month sales.
